Dine under the wolf dragon

Our friends Philip and Danielle Phillips, who we previously partnered with on Chicken and the Wolf, hired us again for a new concept. What began as a rebrand for their fast-casual bánh mì spot, Lone Wolf, quickly evolved into something bigger. With a new full-service restaurant in the works, the project grew into the group’s first fine dining experience and Daigoro was born.

The name carries lore from the legendary Lone Wolf and Cub manga, where the child’s name is Daigoro. It felt like the perfect extension of the original Lone Wolf brand, marking both growth and transformation.

Daigoro’s menu combines smoke, wok, and fire techniques, blending Pan-Asian influences with Texas BBQ. Think smoked ribs, crudo, hamachi, unique shareables, and a high-end cocktail program that stands on its own.

One career highlight from this project was the massive LED wolf-dragon installation that scales the dining area. It is a bold centerpiece that captures the energy of the concept. We cannot say enough about the level of investment and the over-the-top commitment this team puts into their brands and experiences.
